What is our STANDARD turnaround time?
Due to all our pieces being handmade to specific sizes and lengths our turnaround time is anywhere between 2-21 working days. If you order before midday, that day is included in the total days. WhatsApp us if you need assistance with knowing by when you will receive your order.
What is our EXPRESS turnaround time?
We definitely understand those last minute outfit emergencies and so we offer an express order option of 1-10 working days. WhatsApp us with your dates if you're uncertain about whether you'll receive your order on time. An extra R300 per order is charged.
What is our delivery charge and where do we deliver?
R65 all over South Africa.
